Morning Routine
-Set the tone for the rest of your day by giving yourself some extra time to enjoy some peaceful self space before your day begins.
-Wake up 30 min earlier.
-Stay off any social media during your self space.

-Keep a thought journal, this will allow self to organize thoughts or just to express thoughts.
-Re-read previous journal entries.
-Use your self journal for goals or to do list.
-Read something that will expand, challenge, and entertain your mind.

Take Breaks
-Take the time to do things that you love.
-Spend time with friends and family.
-Catch up on shows or movies.
-Meditate
-Do something different.
-Schedule in self space.
