Bringing LIGHT to SELF-AWARENESS

Finding the truth about self is the hardest thing one can do… 

Digging deep to understand your WHY is like a DETOX from a SUBSTANCE that has been controlling your life…

In this case the substance is the EGO and the lack of is SELF AWARENESS

Self Awareness is a skill that needs to be broken down and practiced… Here are just a few pointers…

#1) Be aware of self and acknowledge self

#2) Deconstruct self by breaking down self patterns and understanding the roots to your thoughts and how you view things

#3) Daily Practice of checking self and being aware of self… Kind of like a check and balance but for yourself not your check book…lol

#4) Practice Patience when it comes to making a shift from within

Our up bringing can be so robotic, so routine that we LACK MASTERY OF SELF. We aren’t taught how to process our emotions and how to reflect upon self.  Society teaches us exterior skills that they feel may benefit us in the outside world but if we have no clue what’s happening within us and no clue how to self evaluate

how are we expected to function in the outside world when we don’t know how to function within ourselves?

Use Self Awareness as a tool to discover and build not to tear self down…

 

Remember it’s all in how you view things, what direction you see self vision and what perspective you choose to place your mindset in…

Self Awareness is a powerful tool that will allow you that freedom to expand and grow for self and those around you…

 

But you must be willing to see yourself and open enough to allow truth to shift you…
